Marvin Scott was born to Charles & Alta (Mills) in Verdel, NE March 1, 1932. He attended school in Verdel. At 20 years of age he went into the Military. In the two years of service during the Korean War he received medals and a purple heart.
Shortly after he married Loretta Trudell. During their marriage they adopted Jessica at the age of three.
His many jobs were very important to him, which included truck driver, construction, commercial fishing, & hunting guide for many people. Also, spent years working at the Santee School.
Survivors are his daughter Jessica and grandson Joseph, Brothers Earl (Betty Scott) of Scottsbluff, NE; Lyle & Myva Scott of Bloomfield, NE; Gene Scott of Creighton, NE
Sister; Kerry & Karen Fernau of Cheyenne, WY.
Proceeded by: Parents, wife, brothers; Floyd, Lloyd, Lawrence & Harvey. Sisters; Fern, Violet & Rose Ann and a sister and brother-in-law.
He will be very much missed by family & friends.
