Ewing Annabelle Wright Funeral services for Annabelle Wright age 85 of Ewing will be 10:30 am Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at Snider Memorial Funeral Home with pastor Sharee Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Ewing City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, April 24, 2007. Mrs. Wright passed away Sunday, April 22, 2007 at the Norfolk Vetrans home in Norfolk, Ne. Arrangements are being conducted by Snider Memorial Funeral Home of Clearwater. Annabelle Louise Wright was born March 8, 1922, in rural Ewing, to Gustave Herman and Annie Lizzie (Summerer) Daniels. She attended school at District 131 and Ewing High School, graduating in May 1939. On December 4, 1942, Annabelle fell in love and married Benjamin Harrison Wright, Jr., at O�Neill. They resided on a farm in rural Ewing. To this union three daughters were born Charolette, Donna, Alta. Benjamin passed away Nov. 4, 1946, in Norfolk due to an automobile accident. A few years later she was blessed a second time with the marriage of Benjamin�s brother, Charles Coolidge Wright. They were married on October 14, 1949, at O�Neill, and farmed in rural Ewing. To this union a son was born Raymond. Charles entered the Norfolk Veterans Home on September 13, 1990 and was later joined by Annabelle. Charles passed away December 14, 1996 in Norfolk. Annabelle was a devoted mother and housewife. She loved gardening, crocheting and putting puzzles together. She was known to always make maple sticks for her family, and friends and neighbors in good and bad times. Annabelle is survived by her daughters, Charolette and husband Richard Wright of Sutherland, formerly of Ewing, Donna and husband David Aiems of Ewing, and Alta and husband John Simpson of Norfolk: son, Raymond Wright and fianc� Becky Umphress of Ewing; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Viola and husband Rick Finwall of California, and Berniece Lucas of Neligh; and several nieces and nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Benjamin and Charles; brothers and wives, Albert and Wilma, Harold and Mary, and Bud and Betty; and brother-in-laws, Frank Wright and Tom Lucas.
