Funeral Services for Ardythe "Undeen" Allen, age 86 of Clearwater were 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 24, 2009 at Snider Memorial Funeral Home of Clearwater with Pastor Carroll Plisek, Officiating. Music was provided by Carol Thiele, Organist and Bob Kester, Soloist. Pallbearers were Dennis Herley, Steve Bolling, Eli Jacob, Nick Henn, Rick Hoefer, and Roger Hoefer. Burial was in the Clearwater Cemetery. Visitation was 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, August 23, 2009 at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater.

Undeen Passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at Community Pride Care Center in Battle Creek.

Ardythe "Undeen" Allen was born on July 1, 1923 to Clyde and Neomi (McCartney) Mummert in Clearwater, Nebraska. Undeen Graduated with the class of 1941 from Clearwater High School. On May 11, 1944 she was united into marriage to LaVern Allen in Oregon. She worked at the school as a cook for many years, liked being around the kids. Undeen enjoyed her little wise cracks that she would say, reading, traveling, especially her trips to Ft. Randall. She was a member of the Legion Auxiliary.

She is survived by Daughter: Marsha and husband Delbert Longe of Battle Creek and Sons: Roger Allen of Omaha, Nebraska, Randy and wife Sylvia Allen of Neligh, Nebraska, Ron Allen and fianc� Sara Anderson of Clearwater, Nebraska, and Robert Allen of Vale, South Dakota. Eleven Grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren and fourteen Step great-Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband; 3 brothers: Reid, Emett, George and 3 Sisters: Marvel, Artie, Sibylla.
