Funeral Service for Beverly Schrader, age 79 of Neligh will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Grace Lutheran Church in Neligh, NE. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Grace Lutheran Church until time of Service. Beyer Snider Memorial Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Beverly passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Faith Regional Hospital in Norfolk. Beverly Ann Schrader was born on June 1, 1936 to Walter and Pearl (Nissen) Weber in Pierce County. She attended Plainview High School and graduating with the Class of 1954. On March 25, 1956 she was united in marriage to Jerry Schrader at Plainview, NE at Eden Valley Lutheran Church. She worked at Tisthammer Feed & Seed, Diedrichsen Lawn and Garden, and JcPenny's as a bookkeeper. They lived Northeast of Neligh for all her married life. She enjoyed her flowers and grandchildren. Beverly was involved in Extension Club, Neighborhood Hobby Club, LWML, Red Hat, Fair Board secretary for 13 years, County Extension Board for 10 years, Election Board, and Township Board. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband, children: Susan Wells of Wayne, NE, Karen and husband, Randy Halpin of Battle Creek, NE, Steve and wife, Ann Schrader of Neligh, NE and James and wife, Tami Schrader of Neligh, NE. 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Brother: Duane and wife, Mary Jane Weber of Elloree SC. Preceded in death by her parents.
