Funeral Services for Bruce Long age 64 of Ewing NE will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 11, 2019 at Full Gospel Church in Ewing, NE with Pastor Mark Hoffman, officiating. Burial will be in Ewing City Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday February 10, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater, NE. Bruce Gerald Long was born on September 20, 1954 to Paul and Stella (Frye) Long at Royal Oak, MI. He graduated Centennial High School at Utica, NE. On June 12, 1986 was united in marriage to Kathryn Blair Kruntorad in Lincoln, NE. He worked as a wastewater operator in Lincoln, NE and the Village of Ewing in Ewing, NE. He enjoyed working in the yard, coffee, loved gathering with family and friends.

Survived by his wife, Kathryn of Ewing, NE. Children: Patricia Malicoat of Duff, TN, Stella Carpenter of Corbin, KY, Jessica Long of Duff, TN, Shaun (Lien) Blair of Lincoln, NE, Bryan (Maria) Blair of Lincoln, NE, Heather (Justin) Chen of Omaha, NE, Anthony Blair of Lincon, NE, and Jeff (Jamie) Blair of Gretna, NE. 15 grandchildren. Sisters, Pauletta (Gary) Stranske of Scotts Bluff, NE and Patty (Kenneth) Agena of Bryan, TX. Brother, Billy Long of Scotts Bluff, NE. Brother-in-laws, Kevin (Barb) Kruntorad of Ewing, NE and Kenneth (Hyla) Kruntorad of Ewing, NE. Several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents and infant son. Brothers: Roland Long, Eddie Long, and Freddie Long and fur-baby Gizmo.
