Carolyn Mae Tuttle

Funeral Services for Carolyn M. Tuttle age 70, of Ewing, Nebraska, will be Friday, April 30, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at United Methodist-Presbyterian Church in Ewing, Nebraska with Pastor Eric Ford, Officiating. Burial will be at the Ewing City Cemetery in Ewing. Visitation will be Thursday, April 29, 2010 5 - 8 p.m. at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater, NE.

Carolyn passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2010, 2010 at Faith Regional Hospital in Norfolk, NE.

Carolyn Mae Tuttle was born to Roy and Neva Mae (Robertson) Young on August 31, 1939 in Orchard, Nebraska. She grew up in the Orchard area and graduated from Orchard High School in 1956. She then went on to attend Beauty College in Norfolk, Nebraska. After graduating she worked in O�Neill as a beautician. On March 27, 1959 she was united into marriage to Jerome Tuttle. They lived in the Clearwater and Ewing area. Carolyn owned the Cardinal Caf� in Clearwater for 10 years. Then served as the librarian in Clearwater for several years. She belonged to Women�s Bible Study and card club. Carolyn enjoyed spending time with family and friends, crocheting, puzzles, gardening, and reading.

She is survived by her children Nadine and husband Tim Hobbs of Ewing, NE, Wesley and wife Ginger Tuttle of Plattsmouth, NE, and Valerie Hobbs of Papillion, NE. 6 Grandchildren: Dustin, Amber, Jacob Hobbs, Kari, Garrick McCollum, and Bobbi and husband Ethan. 1 Great Grandchild, Huckleberry Brown. 2 Brothers: Gordon Young and wife Sharon of Cheney WA and Ken Young and wife Julie of Hastings, NE.

Proceeded in death by her parents and husband. Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Vearl and Libby Tuttle.
