Memorial Services for Dennis Napier age 55 of Tilden, Ne will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday April 5, 2008 at United Methodist-Presbyterian Church in Ewing with Costa de Oliveira and John Petersen, officiating. Burial will be in the Ewing City Cemetery with Military Rites by Sanders American Legion Post #214. Visitation will be Friday, April 4, 2008 from 4:00 � 8:00 p.m. at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater. Dennis passed away March 31, 2008 in Okawville, IL. Dennis Duane Napier was born on February 17, 1953 in Tilden, Nebraska to Alfred and Norma (Hord) Napier. He attended school in Ewing and graduated in 1971. On May 7, 1972 he enlisted in the United States Army at Omaha, Ne and was discharged at Fort Dix, NJ on April 2, 1975. He was united into marriage on June 29, 1985 to Kathleen (Wellman) in Norfolk, Ne. They have 4 children Randa, Colby, Lynde, and Brady. Dennis loved trucking over the road driving for CTC, Graber Trucking and recently for Ted Hughes. Dennis enjoyed fishing, grandkids, watching movies, and the computer. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; children Randa Moorhead, Norfolk; Colby of Tilden, Lynde of Norfolk, and Brady of Tilden. Grandchildren: Caleb, Alexander, Caydence. His mother Norma Napier of Ewing. A sister, Glenda Adams of Denison, IA, brothers: LeRoy and Doris Napier of Ewing, Steve and Jody Napier of Ewing. Many nieces, nephews and friends. Kathy�s parents Jim and Carolyn Wellman of Norfolk, Ne. He is preceded in death by his father Alfred and his grandparents Rolland and Algenia Hord and Wilbert and Bessie Napier.
