Funeral Services for Betty Kaczor age 82 of Ewing were 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 13, 2011 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Ewing, Ne, with Father James Kramper, Officiating. Music was provided by Nancy Harpster and the St. Peter's Choir. Burial was in the St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers were Chad Switzer, Brian Switzer, Brock Kaczor, Brett Kaczor, Austin Kaczor, and Barry Stearns. Honorary Pallbearers were Bob Pruden, Craig Bollwitt, Todd Bollwitt, Gary Bollwitt, Larry Kaczor, Steve Kaczor, Gary Kaczor, Bill Kaczor, and Bill Graber. Visitation was 4:00 - 7:30 p.m. Sunday, June 12, 2011 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Ewing, with a 7:30 pm Wake Service. Betty passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Avera St. Anthony's Hospital in O'Neill, NE. Elizabeth "Betty" Irene Kaczor was born to Carl and Millie (Tagel) Bollwitt on June 28, 1928 in Ewing, Ne. She attended country school and then graduated from Ewing High School. On June 7, 1951 she was united into marriage to Johnny Kaczor at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Ewing, Ne. To this marriage they had 4 children, Brenda, Judy, Randy, and Terry. She enjoyed bingo, fishing, cooking, canning, sewing, and going to the casinos. She also liked spending time with her family. Betty also, enjoyed her Dr. Pepper. Betty was a member of the Christian Mothers and St. Peter's Catholic Church. She is survived by her children: Brenda and husband Tom Switzer of Clearwater, NE, Judy and husband Ron Stearns of Clearwater, NE, Randy and wife Becky Kaczor of Ewing, NE, and Terry and wife Connie Kaczor of Ewing, NE. 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Brother, Victor and wife Mabel Bollwitt of O'Neill, NE. Sister-in-laws, Doris Ann Bollwitt of Ewing, NE, Helena Kaczor of Ewing, NE, Irene Downs of LaVista, NE, and Frances McCoy of Neligh, NE. Many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents, step father, Ed Urban, and husband. Brothers: Richard, Fred, and Virgil. Sister: Elfreda Pruden and infant twins girls.
