Memorial services for Henry �Hank� Graboski age 77 of Neligh were 11:00 am Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at St. Francis Catholic church in Neligh with Father Mark McKercher officiating. Military services will be provided by American Legion Post #136 of Orchard. Music was provided by Bob Kester soloist and Carol Thiele organist. Pallbearers were Dale Reinke, Bob Meyer, Gordon Hughes, Jim VanErt, John VanErt, Gary Thiele, Larry Thiele, Charles VanErt, Dan McCarty and Henry VanErt. He passed away Sunday, July 10, 2005 at Antelope Memorial Hospital in Neligh. Burial will be at a later date. There was no visitation as he has donated his body to research. Snider Memorial Funeral Home of Clearwater is in charge of arrangements. Henry Stanley Graboski was born January 8, 1928 at Neligh, Nebraska to John and Mary (VanErt) Graboski. He attended rural country schools north of Neligh where he grew up .On April 20, 1946 he entered the United States Army at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas where he served as a medical technician during WWII and departed the Army at Fort Dix, NJ on April 8, 1947. He then returned to the Neligh area to farm. Hank was baptized and confirmed at St. Theresa�s Catholic Church in Clearwater and later became a member of St. Francis�s Catholic Church in Neligh. He was a member of the American Legion Post #136 of Orchard and the NRA and loved to travel around the world. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother John and two sisters Lucille Nordeen and Helen Thiele.
