Louise Johns Dateline: Elgin Funeral Services for Louise Ann Johns age 93 of Elgin will be at 10:00 am Monday, April 2, 2007 at St. Boniface Catholic Church with the Rev. Daniel R. Andrews officiating. Burial will be at St. John�s Cemetery in Petersburg. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Elgin, and after 6:00 pm at the church with a 7:00 pm wake service. Louise passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at Boone County Health in Albion. Snider Memorial Funeral Home of Elgin is conducting the service. Louise Ann Johns was born on May 14, 1913 at Elgin, Ne the daughter of Will and Philomenia (Rehker) Seier. She grew up in Raeville where she was baptized, attended school and was confirmed. On April 12, 1937 she was married to Jerome Camp and the couple made their home in the Petersburg area. Jerome passed away May 23, 1974 in Norfolk, Ne. On September 7, 1977, Louise married Steven R. Jonas. The couple made their home in Norfolk. Steven passed away on September 15, 1982. On October 21, 1992, Louise was united in marriage to Clarence Johns at St. Boniface in Elgin. The Couple made their home in Elgin. Clarence passed away December 2, 2006 at Neligh. Louise recently resided at the Wolf Home in Albion. Louise was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Christian Mothers and past member of St. John�s of Petersburg. She enjoyed family, sewing, crocheting, gardening, playing cards, cooking, and baking. Survivors include: Bill and his wife Phyllis Camp of Elgin, Jim and his wife Cathy Camp of Shawnee, KS, Bob and his wife Lois Camp of Yankton, SD, Meg and her husband Jerry Krause of Omaha, NE, Eileen Tiede of Omaha, NE, Shirley and her husband Larry Henn of Petersburg and Dave and his wife Charlene Camp of Albion, NE: and son-in-law Don Starman of Elgin; 29 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death of her parents, husband, daughter Kathleen Starman, son-in-law Charles Tiede, a sister Angela Kirk, 2 brothers Vincent and Ray Seier, a granddaughter Joan Camp, a grandson Jeffrey Krause, and a great-grandson Christopher Sullivan.
