Steven Douglas Scott

A Celebration of the life of Steven D. Scott age 57, of Clearwaterwere Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Neligh American Legion Post #172 in Neligh. Steve passed away Tuesday, February 28 at his home in Clearwater. Snider Memorial Funeral Home of Clearwater is handling the arrangements. Steve Scott went on to be with his Heavenly Father, February 28, 2012. Steve resided in Clearwater, NE and worked as a Body Man at Jonny Dodge in Neligh. As an Auto Body Man he served the Neligh community for over 30 years. He enjoyed helping anyone who came to the shop. He especially enjoyed joshing with his friends, fellow workers, customers and the salesmen that came to Jonny Dodge. Away from work, Steve's first love was his family. His wife, brother, sons, daughters and grandchildren brought him great joy and satisfaction. He was very proud of each one. His family included: his wife Bridget, His brother David, his sons: Nathan and wife Pamela of David City, Ne, Preston and wife Kimberly of Clearwater, Cole also of Clearwater. Daughters: Stephenie Ashton of CA, Desi and husband Ted Happ of Columbus, Kendra and husband Sean Raitt of Columbus, Marah and Miaha Scott of Clearwater. Steve had 10 grandchildren and they were GRAND to him. Aryana and Crystal Ashton; Noah and Maxwell Scott; Tiernan and Daelyn Happ; Felicity and Avrum Raitt; and Faith and Savannah Scott. Steve was a man of integrity, Kindness and selfless serventhood. He will always be remembered and dearly missed.
