Rebecca Sue (Bogue, Daniels, Popp) Schilousky, died peacefully surrounded by family after a short illness on February 17, 2024, at age 77 in Omaha, Nebraska.  

      Born on October 23,1946 in Marion, Indiana, she was preceded in death by parents William E. and Kathlyn E. (Foster) Bogue, sister Peggy Henderson, and daughter Beth Popp.  Becky is survived by husband Al Schilousky, children James Daniels, Robert Popp and Laura Horne-Popp, stepchildren Don and Diana Schilousky, Dean Schilousky, and Cris and Jay Katz, grandchildren Miles Daniels and Kali Holder, sister Nancy Rogers, brother Jeffrey Bogue, and many other extended family and friends, including her loyal pup, Spencer.

      At the time of her passing, Becky was a resident of Wausa, Nebraska with much of her life spent in Lawrence, Kansas where she raised her family.  She earned her nursing license and spent years offering kindness and care to her patients at the Reed Medical Group.  Following her nursing career, Becky became the owner and president of Kansas Transportation Services providing airport shuttle and motorcoach charter services to individuals, businesses, and educational institutions within the community. Becky proudly worked at Hurst Diamonds offering the same care and professionalism she became known for throughout her career.  

      By her friends and family, she was best known as a fantastic cook, crafts and hobby whiz, loyal friend, and loving family member. Becky was the keeper of family stories, always with an interesting tale and known for her humor and quick wit. Friends and family fondly remember the personalized, hand-made food and gifts Becky was famous for. Anything she put her mind and actions to turned out beautifully and her hand-crafted gifts were treasured by those who received them.
